What We Do

The Whole Journey

Strategy and design grounded in real-world operations. We turn your duty cycles, routes and site constraints into a practical depot infrastructure roadmap, right-sized for what your fleet needs today and built to scale as you electrify further.

We believe shared depot infrastructure should be considered at the earliest design stages. Not every site will be suitable, but where depots serve multiple operators or have spare capacity, designing for shared access from the start avoids costly retrofit later and can improve the commercial case for investment.

We also take a proactive approach to DNO engagement and grid connection management. Many fleet operators don’t have the internal resource or relationships to navigate grid applications, capacity assessments and connection timelines. We manage this on your behalf, coordinating with DNOs and ICPs to secure the right capacity at the right time, avoiding delays that push back your electrification programme.

Full EPC delivery: civils, electrical, hardware supply, grid connections and DNO/ICP coordination. We deliver on operational sites where downtime costs money, with programme accountability under one contract.

Field engineers provide nationwide operations, maintenance and fault resolution. We keep chargers available, resolve issues quickly and align service schedules with your fleet’s duty cycles.

Connect depot charging with drivers, data, energy management and finance. We help you optimise load management across constrained sites, link depot infrastructure with on-route charging and refine the commercial model as your fleet grows.

Many fleet depots still operate bunkered diesel infrastructure that needs decommissioning as vehicles transition to electric. We manage the complete site transition under a single contract: safe removal and decommissioning of legacy fuel tanks and pipework, delivered by Petroassist’s fuel infrastructure specialists, followed by the design and build of your new charging infrastructure.

One team, one contract, one point of accountability for the full depot transition from diesel to electric.

We specify the right charger for each application based on your fleet’s duty cycles, dwell times and power requirements. We are hardware-agnostic by design, working across multiple manufacturers to match the right product to the job rather than defaulting to a single brand.

Our range covers AC workplace charging through to high-current DC CCS for depot high-power charging and MCS-capable charge points for the heaviest duty cycles. Where a fleet is running mixed vehicles across different power requirements, we design accordingly.

Through Hellonext, part of the Petrotec Group, we also have direct access to competitive AC and DC charging hardware manufactured in-house. This gives us supply chain flexibility and strong value, but Hellonext is one option within our portfolio, not the default.

We also work to protect the long-term value of your charging assets. Our designs consider asset lifecycle and residual values from the outset, ensuring infrastructure retains its worth as technology and fleet requirements evolve.

Accountable team

Why Neertec?

One accountable team from design through to ongoing operations
Part of Petrotec Group: 42 years of engineering expertise, over 1,400 employees and represented across 84 countries. This heritage gives us a depth of industrial infrastructure experience that translates directly into depot electrification delivery.
We deliver through a robust, onboarded UK supply chain spanning civils, electrical, grid connections and commissioning. Our supply chain partners hold NERS, NICEIC, NRSWA, OZEV and ICP accreditations, with specific partners selected per project based on location and scope. All work is delivered under Neertec project management, with a dedicated Neertec Project Manager holding sole accountability for each site from mobilisation through to handover. This model gives us the flexibility to scale delivery nationally while retaining the programme control that fleet operators need.
Petroassist UK’s field engineers form the core of our service capability, providing operations, maintenance and fault resolution across the country. Where project scope or geography requires it, we supplement this with vetted external field engineers working under Neertec’s service management and SLAs. Your depot infrastructure is supported from day one under a single service relationship.
Hellonext manufactures competitive AC and DC chargers within the Group, giving us supply chain control, flexibility and strong value. We remain hardware-agnostic and will always specify what’s right for the application.
Our UK team brings deep experience from across the fleet electrification sector, with established relationships spanning fleet operators, OEMs, leasing companies, consultancies and infrastructure partners.
You don’t need to wait for a full grid upgrade to start charging. We design phased deployment plans that work within your existing power capacity, getting vehicles operational sooner while infrastructure scales alongside your fleet. Temporary and containerised chargers bridge the gap during construction. Dynamic load management makes the most of available capacity. And when grid upgrades land, we scale up without starting over.
We work with fleet operators, logistics providers and depot owners who are electrifying their vehicle fleets
and need charging infrastructure designed around their operational and grid constraints.
Whether you’re planning your first electric vehicles or scaling an existing fleet, we’d welcome a conversation about how your depot infrastructure needs to work. We offer free initial site assessments with no commitment, so you can understand your options before making any decisions.
