About Us
Engineering heritage meets fleet electrification
We exist because fleet charging has become an energy-system problem. Depots now depend on grid capacity, site constraints and operational schedules, not just chargers and vehicles. Fleet operators need a programme lead who understands both the infrastructure and the energy system, and who can deliver with single-point accountability rather than coordinating fragmented suppliers.
Our UK team combines deep experience in fleet electrification with the industrial infrastructure capability of the wider Petrotec Group. Through Petroassist UK and Hellonext, we bring together construction delivery, nationwide field service and in-house hardware manufacturing under one organisation.
We’re early in the Neertec UK journey and we’re honest about that. But we’re building this business the right way: through delivering well, transparently and repeatedly, backed by a Group with the depth and credibility to support long-term customer relationships.

Our Core Companies
The Group comprises several specialist companies that together form the Neertec UK delivery model
The Group’s energy transition brand, focused on EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy and emerging energy systems. Neertec UK leads the commercial relationship, programme management and customer accountability for depot electrification in the UK market.
Nationwide service and maintenance with 50+ field engineers across the UK. Decades of multi-brand, multi-manufacturer experience in fuel infrastructure, now extending into EV charging operations, maintenance and fault resolution.
The Group’s charger manufacturing business, producing competitive AC and DC charging hardware from its factory in Portugal. Hellonext gives Neertec UK direct access to in-house hardware with short lead times and strong value, while we remain hardware-agnostic and specify the right product for each application.
